"One word to describe, delicious. The restaurant wasn't busy so we got to enjoy our dinner with quiet and relaxing ambience. The staff was attentive and service was quick as food didn't take too long to arrive. All our food was well seasoned and flavoursome; comparable to what we had in Thailand. For starters we had the green mango salad; sweet, sour, salty (from the dried shrimps), and refreshing on the taste buds. For mains we had the green curry and pad Thai. The green curry although not too creamy was lovely with rice and comes with tender pieces of chicken. The food here will set you back a fair bit but you'll be compromised with good food and service."

"The nachos were generous in serving. The melty cheese, chopped tomatoes, and beef cuts combined, chef’s kiss‍ . So good. I loved how they didn't use shredded meat. Most nachos that use shredded meat are a hit or miss for me; usually a miss when the meat isn't seasoned well leading to umay : Silantro used small cubed beef. Small but juicy and tender! Sorry there's no pic, we devoured it instantly before I could take a decent pic for my blog As for the tacos, we ordered the double meat of chicken and beef. Juicy and tender din Was so good I gobbled it in seconds. They had lamb as a meat option but unfortunately it was unavailable that time and yesterday, even if we went there earlier than last time . I think it’s best if you go early like lunchtime or call in to check if they have it available that day. But above the two things we ordered, the commendable stars were the white and green sauces. The white sauce was garlic. I inherently like garlic so it's an automatic like for me. I’m not sure what the green sauce was; I thought it was like a guac in liquid form, but it tastes like cucumber. Great nonetheless since it balances out the savoriness of everything else. The darker green was just the spicy version. Out of all the restos in Kapitolyo, Silantro definitely stands out— with the line of cars it's hard to miss. Overall, the socmed postings were worth the hype in trying!"

"<br> <br> Food:???????????????? 4/5<br> Ambiance: ???????????????? 4/5<br> Cost: ???????????? 3/5<br> Service:???????????? 3/5<br> <br> Volcano kimchi rice was good; but the prep was lack luster. The cheese was supposedly melting hot when the rice was divided before mixing.<br> It was supposedly one of the highlights or features of the restaurant. The egg pizza as I call it was phenomenal, well cooked. I recommend to pick the fruit marinated beef vs the traditional one. It slightly sweeter and flavorful.<br> <br> I would have preferred the "potato chips" hot.<br> <br> Very clean, also very tight when the sizzling cart rolls in. The furnishings show Korean themed village and the light fixtures strengthen the ambiance. <br> <br> Cost for four people was fair. You can't call it as bang for you buck.<br> <br> Service was also fair quick the first part of the dining experience but when you get served 50% of the food you ordered it does slow down.<br> <br> Recommend going here 30-45 mins before peak.<br> <br> Overall good experience... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"

"Ah Ye Dang, the go-to Korean restaurant. I have been here only twice and twice they didn't disappoint. Had lunch with my friends working in Ortigas so it's readily accessible, easily a walking distance from major offices. It is usually full during weekend nights but it was practically empty when we went there for a weekday lunch.&nbsp;<br> <br> Like most Korean restaurants, they serve a plethora of banchan but can only refill two of them. We especially like the caramelized baby potatoes so we had those for refill twice.&nbsp;<br> <br> Ordered Jap Chae, Galbi-jjim and Samgyeopsal for main dishes. The Jap Chae is one of my favourite Korean dish and Ye Dang cooked them very much to my liking. The sweetness is just enough, the glass noodles firm and topped with assorted vegetables and meat. The serving is huge that we had to pack half of it.&nbsp;<br> <br> Galbijim is basically braised short ribs (beef/pork). &nbsp; This dish easily goes with rice (it's a stew dish). The beef was cooked well/tender and will easily break apart.<br> <br> Samgyeopsal is a dish composed of plain, unseasoned, pork belly slices. Their Samgyupsal is on the thin side served with slices of onion and is nothing special. &nbsp; The dish is served with a ssamjang and lettuce which are wrapped and eaten all together."

"Here at industrie food loft at city golf is another variation of huh, by far the most popular meat everywhere. Peri Peri style is grilled and used a certain African flavor for tornado taste offers them either white meat or bein with rice and choice of supplement for only php it is an amazing offer, since chicken proportions are significantly enlarged and its meat delicate and very tasty. his aprons are felt from the beginning to finish their bands, but was a big mistake. it was more expensive at php it was bland and gave us a hard time to chew it. it had a hard bite and it was so not falling of the bone."

"The Red Crab’s menu is all about seafood but there’s quite a bit of variety. We had Crispy Chicaron Bulaklak (PhP 245) and Baby Squid Sisig (PhP 195) for starters. The lovely crackle on the fried pork intestines made the crunchy chicharon bulaklak an amicable affair. We could not ask more from that golden brown crispy skin.<br> <br> Sautéed with liver, the baby squid sisig was just average and didn’t leave a good impression. The fact that I deserted the dish after the second mouthful was a clear testament. Perhaps removing the liver and putting in more onions and seasonings will make it more pleasant-tasting.<br> <br> Crab Adobo (PhP 195/100g) is one of the best signature dishes at The Red Crab. Comprising a blend of various salts and spices, the fresh crab’s meat tasted naturally sweet with fried garlic and aligue. Roe lovers may expect to rejoice as there’s more than enough to share. The sweet sauce that coated the crabs was also particularly addictive as it went well with plain rice, making a filling meal. How did I know it was fresh? The whole pincer was packed with solid meat—not the loose kind that falls apart easily.<br> <br> Lapu-Lapu with Sweet and Sour Sauce (PhP 185/100g) reminded me fondly of my mom’s cooking as this was one of her star dishes that would make me cancel my dinner plans to head home for a homecooked meal. The tasty sauce dressed the fish equally and the fish was deep-fried for a succulent yet crispy bite.<br> <br> Lapu-Lapu with Chili Mango Sauce (PhP 185/100g) was as well a stunner. Mango sauce was tad weird for my liking though, so while the subtle sweetness of it did the lapu-lapu recipe justice, I have my preference with the more conventional technique.<br> <br> To compensate for our “seafood quota” on that meal, we had two plates of Sigarilyas Express (PhP 245) which was served with thinly sliced winged beans and kangkong stalks. Cooked in coconut milk and chili with crisp-fried pork belly, this vegetable entrée had the right level of spiciness and a slightly sweet tinge to it. It was fine but not really a “wow” kind of dish. I’ve had better.<br> <br> Lastly, the Manila Pork Ribs (PhP 325) came with a rich glaze of sweet pineapple-infused barbecue sauce and a texture that’s tender yet meaty. Earning compliments for its “well rendered fat,” the pork ribs tasted robust without being overzealous. It did not have a fall-of-the-bone softness; rather, the meat was released with just a gentle tug of the teeth, not a pain to eat. <br><br><a href="https://www.zomato.com/spoonback?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rochkirstin.com&amp;r=26069281&amp;to=886317&amp;k=b33c474ccc3712a62ee882780b30e3d6" target="_blank"><span class="left red-text">rochkirstin.com</span><span class="grey-text left ml5" data-icon="ŧ"></span></a>"

"We love racks! Ordered the Pork ribs with a large side of corn on the cob and java rice, plus biscuits and clam chowder. Tender juicy pork ribs! The corn was just a craving hehe. But their clam chowder is one of the best I've ever tasted."
