"Once upon a time, this BBQ joint was great. The customer service has never been good but the food was. The online menu says that a Chopped Beef/Brisket Sandwich is $4.75. I just placed a phone order for 4 sandwiches and the total when I paid was $37.89... That is $8.50 per sandwich. I called to speak with the manager and he had no explanation as to why the prices were different. I then asked when the owner would be in. The Manager said he didn 't know. The best advice I can give is to avoid this place. The food today was not great. Very bland. $8.50 for that sandwich?? Never again!"

"I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years but I must say I'm glad I did last week. So glad that I ended up eating there twice! Both times opting for their curbside option which is swift and easy. The first time I ate there I went for lunch. They've got some great filling $9 lunch menu options. The first time I went, I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich with fries. It was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but definitely a solid meal for $9 and for the amount of food you get. The second time I went I ordered the salmon from their Healthier options menu. The salmon is absolutely delish, firm and crisp around the edges but juicy and well seasoned. With it I had steamed broccoli, which was fresh and crispy and black beans that were perfectly seasoned. A good low-glycemic meal to go with if you're looking for one at Chili's."

"Let me start off by saying I should have came here sooner then later. Carlos (The Owner) is a very pleasant person talking too. Was very informative about everything on his menu. Which surprisingly has a large variety of choices compared to other bbq trucks that are out there. I ended up getting the 3 Meat option and paid for extra meat. With beans and potatoe salad. Everything I had ordered was spot on delicious and tasted awsome. Quality and Quantity was a 10+ Do yourself a favor and stop by this place if you live in the Pearland area. I will definitely be coming back!!!"
