"Upon receiving my carryout order, I noticed that I only had half of the order that I had placed. The young lady was immediately apologized and went to get the Manager. Apparently the young man that range up the order only inputted half. The young man in question was standing right in front of me when they showed him his error and he acted that so what and didn 't even apologize. The Manager told me that it wouldn 't take 10 minutes to correct it and wanted to know if I still wanted the order that they had ready, I said no because by then it would be cold and that I still had to travel home making it colder. That didn 't go over to well, but why should I have to take a cold meal because of their mistake. But in the defense of the young lady checking me out she bent over backwards trying to make it right. So, check your orders before you leave and don 't take cold food."

"We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The food was great. The smoke rings on the brisket and pulled pork were perfect. We also ordered a some burgers and they were delicious. Next time we are in Pikeville we will be stopping by. Fantastic food and prices were very reasonable."

"Stopped here on a Friday for lunch on our way to Fall Creek Falls. The 4 of us had the buffet, which was fine even though we arrived a little behind the lunch crowd. I gave it a 5 because they had smoked meatloaf which was the best meatloaf I have ever had, not that I am a meatloaf lover; but I would have never thought of smoking it. Otherwise the place is no frills, it just is what it is; but the food it good. Try and get there early because I think once they run out of something that is just too bad. Apparently it is only open Thursday-Saturday, so plan accordingly."

"Excellent food! The corn cake was like eating minicake. Sweet, soft and very humid. The addition of butter simply over the top. The sweet potatories served with sugar and butter make them almost a dessert served with your dinner. The pulled chicken is tender and the pulled pig with the crispy ends has this beautiful caramelized cripple. The sweet tea is really sweet and the lemonade is sweet and tart! The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is excellent!"
