"I went to Susanna's tonight around 8pm after a long day of work to relax, have a drink and a nice dinner by myself... when I got there, I asked the waiter what time the kitchen closed and he said 9:30. So I took my time to eat and read a book... a few minutes before 9pm, a waitress asked me if I was going to order anything else because the bar and kitchen were closing at 9... So I told her that the other waiter had said 9:30 and she said that because I was the only customer there, they were closing early. I hadn't even finished my food yet... I was thinking of ordering dessert and having another drink but she just rushed my out. That's just horrible service. I am very disappointed."

"This is a restaurant that opened here in Rosarito about 2 years ago. Was excited to get a new burger place plus they have buffalo wings. In the beginning it was fairly good but in my opinion, it's a little over priced for the quality of food served. The people are nice, the place is cute and it's conveniently located across from the Rosarito Beach Hotel. Unfortunately it wasn't good enough to continue eating there. Honestly, there are other burger places that are better. Sorry, was hoping it would last for me but no go."

"The Tree House is a small place in Rosarito Norte (North Rosarito) on the old free road to Tijuana. It may be small and a neighborhood spot but the BBQ is well worth the stop. We enjoyed artisanal sausage, Italian sausage and beef jerky along with pork ribs, mashed potatoes that were topped with caramelized onions, fresh baguettes and 2 sauces. The grill master, Jason Toscano, adds beef ribs to the menu on Saturday and Sunday. If you sit out side he has some great stories about his establishment 's history he can tell you while he grills. He is too heavy on the pepper for me but that is my taste (so my food rating is very good not excellent). He also carters. Good to taste close to American style BBQ in Rosarito. We 'll be back so-KEEP ON COOKIN JASON."
