"Worst experience. Went through the drive thru and order a #1 with the spam katsui or how ever you say it. And the lady at the window Famosa-Preciado, Mariana, has us the wrong order. She charged us for an extra side of Katsu chicken when I didn't order that. I went back through the drive thru to tell her she messed up my order, and she gave me attitude, saying I ordered it. I know what I ordered and never ordered that type of chicken. I'm not sure how she mixed spam with chicken, but hey, English isn't her first language. After a few moments later explaining that I wanted the spam and a refund for the chicken, I didn't order the attitude that came out again. Like it's your not to deliver customer service and if you can't do your job then look for a better job. I advise everyone to check their order before they leave even if you held up the line longer because this place isn't accurate on order"

"Has ALL of our favorites! My husband was commenting how most places either have sesame balls or pork buns, but this place has both! The buns and shrimp are huge, as you can see in the picture. The shrimp fried rice was really good too. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth what we paid. They are only doing take out right now because of COVID, but it was definitely worth the wait!"
