"I have never written a one-star review for a restaurant before. And unfortunately this is a one star based off of the fact that I didn?t ever get to dine there which is even worse. But this needs to be said. If your restaurant offers delivery service do not accept an order at the end of the night (but still before closing mind you), then confirm with the delivery service that the food was being made, confirm it was finished and ready for pick up, allow a driver to waste their time go there, and then be completely closed. You wasted the driver?s time and their customer?s time. It?s unacceptable. I don?t know the conditions of how this all occurred but last night I ordered food after coming home from a late flight. All I really wanted was some curry and soup for me and my partner. We waited a half an hour till you guys confirmed it was made. The delivery service sent a driver to your location and 30 minutes later he called me outside very apologetic for the fact that your business was completely closed. Why did this happen?? The last thing anyone wants to deal with at the end of a long day after paying for delivery and waiting an hour for it when you were already starving to begin work is to then have to make food or go to bed hungry because of an early morning. Just want an explanation and an apology to be honest. I hope management/owners see this review and respond."

"What a fantastic way to start our visit here-beautiful Harvey, the owners' black lab, came to our car to welcome us and walk to the cafe with us. We decided to sit outside and we're so glad we did because Harvey sat fast asleep at our feet at our request.(not wanting food though) The owner was quick to ask if we were happy to have him there (I suppose there are those who aren't so keen on dogs). The service was great-very friendly and attentive, particularly from the 2 girls who just started that day. The food was absolutely beautiful. The gnocchi would be the best I have ever had and the okonomiyaki was wonderful and a little different from normal menu items. This is really well worth a stop, even just for dessert or coffee and is not far at all from Albany. The setting is so peaceful and very relaxing. Can't believe we didn't take Harvey with us when we left though-he is such a beautiful addition to the business and a gentle old soul:):):)"

"I really like Soeul Hot Pot. A hole in the wall place, nice waiter greets you, very courteous. The banchan here is very good, some unique ones I haven't had at other Korean restaurants. I had the kimchee stew today and it was very savory. Seriously tho, I think I come for the banchan and the relaxed homey vibes."

"Neat restaurant with high meat and wine. Saw at the bartop. Service was excellent, but the food took a long time to get. Ordered the $64 Tomahawk Ribeye medium rarely with a baked potato side. Meat was perfectly cooked and was covered with 2 small delicious onion rings. There were some hard to cut areas on the meat. I don't know if this was due to the fact that the knife was not cut properly or the knife wasn't as sharp as it could be. I just ate it. I usually eat the fat on a ribeye, aka flavor, but if it is chewing through, not thank you. The side baked potato was also great!"
