"I moved to Columbus and heard great things about this place. Let me say that I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing... I had egg rolls, fried catfish, Mac cheese and asparagus. The drinks were also very good. I'm back!"

"I don't know what restaurant the shipping critic went to, but Asian Star Buffet in Reynoldsburg has a full bar... They serve alcohol. We're here a lot. I agree that the service is often rude, the place is sometimes chaotic, but the food is excellent. But I am a sucker for good service, so they should invest in some customer service classes for their employees. If it is a language barrier problem, they should also address it. There are too many restaurants in this area to choose for customer service to be this moderate."

"I had the Bigfoot and a couple beers Elvis Juice and a Land Grant. Our son had wings wife had ribs both were good they said. Was a little slow but manageable would recommend to others."

"I had smokey bones this evening for the first time and let me tell you first, I thought it was Halloween themes and was terrible wrong.(whew) entering however I realized that it was a simple bbq restaurant. Thank you, for I hate the houses you've been looking for. we sat quickly in a quiet opposite and visited immediately. sis was our waitress tonight and I tell them she's just a really nice person. the kind of nice that the door thinks for someone who is like 30ft. away and they make this strange jog and she doesn't laugh about the way they wake up. like the level of nice. Anyway, it was our first time there, so we're looking for some recommendations and asking people what a list of falsifications they gave us like a 90s disney soundtrack, all bangers. we ended up with candied speck, spicy garlice buffalo smoked wings, meat smashed mac cheese and a bag donuts. my lob for the staff and eating tonight is only from my cholesterol level after completing this meal. very high. Thanks(Sis) for a great first experience with the restaurant and we look forward to visiting our next. also we threw buffalo wild wings as we pulled out. we have the feeling that it is only right to do in this situation."

"Very unpleasant with the service. ordered by uber, so expected to eat lukewarm. so that I did not put the classic cheeseburger and the restaurant on it. How do you screw up your classic? I ordered a sweet tee and received unsweetened tee. I also paid .50 for a side of chipotle mayo and they didn't give me that either. the kitchen staff really dropped the ball."

"My mom and I were in New Albany for an appt, we live about 2 1/2 hrs away from there so we always like to eat somewhere new that we do not have. We definitely made a good choice!! The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere was nice and there were 2 major things that stuck out to me... Posted on each table was a note to their patrons about their rules on behavior toward their staff. I have worked in customer service most of my life and this is something that instantly made me know these people care about their employees more than they care about making money so that was nice and then I went into the women's restroom and although someone had been there working since we'd gotten there the restroom was clean and smelled nice. On the sink counter was a basket stocked with feminine products and a bottle of body spray. Way to go hickory house!! We were very impressed ?"
