"Arrived at the Texas Roadhouse in Apple Valley at 1:50 PM to pick up a meal voucher for veterans. Spoke to a manager who told me they had run out of them at 1:30. Mentioned to him that I lived closer to Shakopee but was in Apple Valley running errands. The manager texted a manager at the TR in Shakopee to see if they had any vouchers left and received a text back that they had a ton of them . The Apple Valley manager took a pic of my DL and sent it to the manager at Shakopee. I thanked him and told him I 'd stop by the TR in Shakopee in a few hours. Arrived at the TR in Shakopee at 4:30 pm. Spoke to a guy at the To Go counter and explained the situation. He said they were out of vouchers. He told me he would find a manager and ask. Came back and told me the manager said they were out of vouchers. I 'm not sure how they went from having a ton of vouchers to being out of vouchers in the 10 minutes before the promotion end time at 2:00 pm, but okay. The Texas Roadhouse meal voucher is one of the more generous freebies that veterans receive on Veterans Day. I hope next year the execution will be better to enable all veterans to receive one. Thank you."

"Here's why The Group from Mankato LOVED our experience....it started off HORRIBLE as we were seated last night and sat there for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even came to speak to us because whoever seated us didn't inform our server we were there. Our server who ended up being Ron asked how long we had been sitting there and said he apologized for us having to wait and I did notice he was being truthful because of how upset he was, but that's when the fun started. I have been in restaurant and food industry since I was 16...I'm now 33....whether it be eating or using my Culinary Degree! This was BY FAR The BEST server experience and customer service I have EVER Had. We were meer SECONDS from walking out the door when RON SAVED The day. He was upbeat energetic and just a funny guy to be around. We will be back that way in a couple of weeks for car show in Minneapolis and we are hoping Ron will be there and WE WILL PURPOSELY Ask for Ron to be our server. Oh yes the Food was good, but RON Made it better!"

"Every time I've driven by this place, it's been very busy and the sweet smell of the BBQ you get when your windows are down as your driving by are the two reasons why my husband and I decided to eat dinner here today. WOW! THIS PLACE HAS SOME DELICIOUS FOOD!!! the building is not fancy BUT THE FOOD IS WHERE THEY COMPLETELY PLEASE THE APPETITE! who needs a fancy building when the FOOD IS OUTSTANDING!?
