"Went at around 3pm (a far less busy time) and we were told a 25min wait, which turned into over an hour. There were other patrons with a similar wait time. The staff 's pathetic excuse was shift change , which is ridiculous. Once seated, the waitress was attentive and the food was quick. Too quick. Our side of ribs was totally black burnt on the outside and my Wife 's prime rib wasn 't just pink (or even rare), a third if it was still absolutely raw. I 'm not sure how it could be raw if cooks are following the set directions for cooking a slow cooked made beforehand meat like prime rib. My steak was done perfectly, and everything else as well. The last time we tried to eat here at supper time, we were told at least a 2 hour wait! We promptly left."

"This rating is for the gal that took my order for lunch. Super professional, her voice made me glad I chose them. FOOD WAS HOT...I don't have complaints for this visit. But then we ordered the next night and it was not great....but I'm not going to allow the guys that night to overshadow this young gal. She does NOT DESERVE it."

"After a long day of work, my wife and I just wanted a nice quiet night out. We chose to sit in the bar at the Outback in Sioux Falls and it’s the best decision ever. We were greeted by the bartender Chelsey. She took such amazing care of us. She was always There to offer assistance before we could ask for anything even when she was making drinks for the entire restaurant. Simply amazing service. She really made our night awesome and we will tell everyone and be back!"

"Food is very flavorful and large portion sizes! Dishes range between $12-18 each, but can easily make two meals for some people. Staff is friendly, service is great, and the facility is clean. We wanted our food extra spicy and they took great care of us! Plenty of free Street parking after 5pm on week days."
