"Visited last night, for my daughters 9th birthday, where 14 of us had dinner pre bowling opposite. Fantastic waitress service, and food was great. The staff were really attentive and checking in to see that everyone had everything they needed at all times. We all had a fabulous time, and thanks so much to Frankie and Bennys team Stevenage for making this a great experience for my daughter and her friends. Highly recommend the BBQ platter; was fab."

"I’ve been to this restaurant several times. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a gluten free menu. Never had a problem eating here. The food is delicious. Great atmosphere."

"Had one last night ordered at 11 PM turned up at 12:10. Driver polite friendly. Food was cold never seems to be fresh and hot no care to maintain the warmth of food."

"The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was inedible. The dish seemed jelly like and not crisp; there was hardly any sweet and sour sauce as was the case last time we had a take away. The chicken in the special fried rice tasted stale and like it came from a supermarket packet. The 5 spice prawns had far too much batter and so did the chicken. The crispy duck was fairly good but the Hoi sin sauce seemed watered down. Wished we hadn't bothered to get this. A waste of money and calories."

"Served a burnt black disk as a burger, absolutely disgusting. They re did it which took 20 mins and it was just about edible but still burnt. The manager did a poor job of pretending to care and said she would ‘look’ at my bill but she did not. I paid full price and left said I’d never be returning. Still have a stomach ache several hours later. Just go to five guys if you want a decent burger this place is terrible."
