"Hi There, I want to complain against my recent order at tennesse and also against a member staff named Rizwaan working at Tennesse Chicken, Old town Swindon. I had ordered two of the peri peri special platters which is currently on offer. 1 hot flavour...and 1 medium flavour online, and also made a note that make sure the hot flavour is actually hot as my last order before this current order for hot peri peri whole chicken was not hot at all and tasted exactly like medium. So the note was a reminder. Today exactly the same happened. 1stly my order was late.. Was supposed to arrive 45 mins, but took longer than an 1 hour. 2ndly when both the special platters arrived, hot and medium, both just tasted the same. It’s not worth for what I am paying for. I called the member staff, told him that both the whole chicken tastes like medium, and that I am not happy about it. He said he can send another 1 now, I was ok, After few minutes we get a call from Rizwaan saying that they have checked CCTV cams and the order, the recipe and all was fine, I told him I am not buying peri peri hot from tennesse for the 1st time, I have been ordering and eating peri peri hot since 2015, even now on my current address if you check, I used to order peri peri hot weekly, I do know how extremely hot the hot flavour really is, I loved it like that. Rizwaan was not ready to listen to what I was saying, he said, you can order even 10 times the recipe won’t change, I was trying to tell him again and again that hot and medium tasted the same, no difference at all. He said he checked the CCTV, he said we only have 4 flavours n all and arguing. I didn’t pay for that? I am not like a troublesome customer, but I am very very upset, I need a response to this. I am not going to order anything from tennesse now, I will also make sure this feedback goes on tennesse chicken social media page, on just eat and also on the review page that tennesse chicken sends me an email after every order. "I always have to travel 30 mile round trip to get food from here and on most weekends cant even get through on the phone which is frustrating, but i can never get through because its always so busy due to its popularity! 10 visits and never had a single problem"

"We called in here for lunch as we were in the area and chose from the sandwich menu. Sandwiches were tasty and we enjoyed what we had. The only negative were the toilets which were a bit grim, the gents needed a good clean and in the ladies the toilet seat was loose and hanging off. Shame as apart from that we enjoyed it"

"Strange place, was greeted buy a chap cutting the grass who was rude when asked entrance to the bar was, and the locals came across like they never seen anyone beyond the village, the pub had a very cold feel to the place and very un welcome feel buy the people in the place."

"After moving to the area recently we have been looking for a good Chinese buffet, and boy I’m glad we found this gem. This is a very well stocked restaurant I have never gone there to find a dish out of stock or running low and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Also I love the dim sum they have my absolute Favorite. As a family we love coming here as it is very easy and even during high demand they always find a table super quick I think the longest we have waited is about 20 mins, it’s very worth the wait and doesn’t even seem long to be honest . So all in all this is a must if you have never been."
