"I was a customer of Lonnie Q's for the first time on July 3rd (took the plunge based on word of mouth). I picked up 15 lbs of pulled pork I had pre-ordered for a family party. It was packaged neatly and securely. Lon took time to be courteous and friendly, showing me the best way to warm the meat to serve to my guests. He spent time with me at the counter and encouraged me to taste test the other options of meats and sides since I'd never been there before. The turkey was wonderful!God blessed those cheesy potatoes! Earlier this week, he called and left a voicemail that he was just wanting to make sure everyone enjoyed it. I recommend this place highly! Such kindness and wonderful customer service, right along with fantastic BBQ!"

"This place is a certain stop when you go to Topeka. Large 50s decoration and music, fabulous burgers. I had a Philly Steak burger was fantastic and the frits are beautiful and crispy. And who can beat a 99 cent margarita at any time!! Prices run with all other Fast Food food places. In the afternoon at 4 is clean and friendly staff!"

"Never would have found this without local hotel staff recommendations but SO glad we asked! It’s a combo sit down restaurant and deli. Burnt ends were great! Brisket was good.very filling. Great assortment of BBQ sauces which can be purchased."

"Our Waitress was amazing. Hubby didn't get a refill on his tea and waited to long and one waiter that picked up some plates even asked what kind and we told him and he never brought more. Noodles for Alfredo meal we had were hard and so was the bread. Could of been way better. For not eating here in a while it definitely wasnt what it used to be"

"I've never been a big fan of texas roadhouse, I've been reminded of why a birthday dinner is there. yes, the rolls and butter are delicious, but everything else is average. the restaurant is loud and full. the staff never seems very friendly, maybe they were short workers. I've never had a good rib eye in Texas roadhouse, so this time I'm ordering BBQ chicken. it seemed microwaves not very tasty to be processed! the salate was good, but the veggie side was underboiled and hardly warm. some of the other members of our family were somewhat more satisfied with their meals or the evaluation would have been even lower."

"For the case that someone else is here to find out: for pickup, the employees expect that they either call or go to the building. the instructions on the app and on the sign say only wait until a worker comes out, but that does not happen. eating was ok, nothing special, but decent for the price"
