"When you know the story behind this place, it makes everything taste even better. There's something to be said about the ambiance, the quality of food, the quality of the staff, and just, overall experience. The price of lunch and even dinner is beyond a bargain. It's downright incredible. I've been twice with work partners and each time we walk away impressed. Students working at the restaurant need to get a ton of credit. They do so well, and work so hard! It's truly incredible. You need to visit with an appetite and save room for desert. I almost never get deserts when I visit restaurants, but this is one place that has routinely surprised me. "Wow! the smell of the foot was heavenly. prices are really fair for the quality and quantity of food. the ribs were super fleshy and were firm with to lift, but tender enough they can just pull them apart. the collars were a little sweet for my personal taste, but with the spicy vinegar they were delicious. the smoked truthahn was not processed, but real truthahn and the available sauces were all delicious. the personal was friendly and personal and the facility was clean (but very small in the inner, consider a tour for picnic). overall this will be our go-to bbq joint!"
