"Party of six on a Saturday evening evening, we hadn’t visited for 18 24 months. A lovely welcome, excellent starters and the spiced pork cannelloni is as good as remembered. Venetian bread and butter pudding and various desserts rounded up a super meal. The house red is excellent, always a good starting point! Super food and super staff, can’t wait to visit again."

"Just back from lunch at this quirky, lovely restaurant in the middle of Salisbury. The place is a one off. And the staff are excellent. Couldn’t do enough for us. There were only 2 on duty it was busy but they still had time to chat. The food was excellent. I had wild mushrooms with toast and a poached Duck egg. Excellent at only £11. My wife had a superb aubergine gratin at only £11.50. I would highly recommend this excellent restaurant come pub come bar come coffee house."

"I do not normally feel compelled to write a restaurant review, but WOW, what a fantastic little hidden gem tucked away off the Market Square in Chippenham! Fabulous food and owners, who are very friendly. We visited recently during the Christmas and New Year period...and had the entire restaurant to ourselves! If my husband was writing this review he would be raving about the ribs... he said he'll be back for the ribs starter, followed by the ribs main, as he loved it so much. We also shared the duck spring rolls, which were delicious and beautifully presented. For our mains we shared the vegetable rice, which was very tasty. The vegetables were so fresh and plentiful, and would have been a lovely dish on its own. However, we had accompanying curries to go with the rice. After our meaty starters, I went for the tofu green curry, which also did not disappoint. It was a big portion after our starters, so the staff were more than happy to put the remainder into a takeaway box to enjoy the next day. For afters we shared a banana fritter with ice cream, which was a delicious way to end a perfect meal. We enjoyed the Thai ice tea to go with our meal, which like everything else... was delicious! The people of Chippenham are very lucky to have this restaurant... we will be back in 2022!"

"Yesterday night here. room was nice, but it was too hot. Although we left the windows open all night, it was a bit loud when it was in front. in restaurant and eating was nice. service was brilliant, could not fail. the breakfast was just as good this morning. selection of pastries, pastries, toast, yogurt and cooked breakfast. I couldn't blame at all. will we have gone back?"
