"I placed an order with WOKSTAR in Worcester at 18:43 and had an ETA of 19:43 at 20:22 our order hadn’t arrived I called the restaurant and they said they said “the driver is leaving now, the driver should be there within 15-20 minutes” I explained that I wasn’t happy, they apologised. 20:54 still no order they said they will call the driver and call me back. They did call back at 21:10 just as the driver delivered our food and offered us a 50% discount, then within 10 minutes another driver knocked on our door and had our same order which explained our issue. He then took that order back with him and was just a confused as we were. 2 hours 25 minutes for food not a very happy customer here plus the food was cold."

"We booked a table for 14 people. Table was ready, service was excellent, loads of choice on the menu including a good veggie choice. All meals were served at the same time and were piping hot, good portions and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back."

"Wow, what a fantastic place to eat the staff was fantastic and eating was out of this world and so generous, I am keeping the reasons for the popularity, because it was zero rated hygiene, but this was from an earlier early inspection that can simply occur through not filled in paperwork. I urge people to come at least and try it before they judge they are a small business that compete with the great youngs that offer in the much less food for a much higher price day. after attempting another newley opened American restaurant in worcester recently I can say that they have the atmosphere, but eating was far too salty and really overpriced panama jacks is better to eat, so if you have a food like I try to do it they won't regret it."

"Went late this afternoon with friend and we really enjoyed the food both in the quality and the variety available quantity obviously goes without saying! Price of £16.99 each for a Saturday evening felt entirely reasonable given the quality (have been to other buffet places where quality is often sacrificed even though price is not much cheaper) As another review states, the food trays are shallow, so food is replenished regularly and it seemed like there was a member of staff dedicated to constantly checking the food levels. It wasn't particularly busy whilst we there (probably about 15 20 other diners) so don't know how well the service does when the restaurant is full, but my feeling is that they definitely had enough staff (who are extremely attentive and friendly) to cope with a full restaurant. Will definitely be back here!"

"On my occasional visits to Worcester I always visit this cafe because it is peaceful and I love the views over the rooftops of Worcester towards the Cathedral and the Glover's Needle. In the past I have found the food to be uninspiring, but recently...I was tempted by the cooked food (sausages in cranberry with mash and seasonal vegetables) and found it to be surprisingly good. Maybe the caterer has changed?"
