"I had my 40th birthday party here a few weeks ago. it was an 80s old fashioned dress disco and it was an amazing night! after the booking of the room a few months ago by the very friendly and helpful office staff at us were recently in contact with mick, which just brought over the bar and catering in the cartel gate. I had initially planned to do my own food to lower the costs, but after talking and meeting with mick he made us feel right now to pay for them to worry for us. they were happy to work on our budget and would care for everything we decided. everything it took was a few days notice! we literally talked on their first day at chapel gate (on Monday) food order was completed on Thursday and my party was on Saturday after a discussion we decided to have a chicken cure. we were really not disappointed! it was a fab, delicious curry with all extra bits on the side. rice, chips, naans, popadoms, chutneys etc. everyone was full and enjoyed eating. mick was there to monitor our interior of the room and make sure we were satisfied with everything. nothing was too much annoyed. of space for our photo cabin and dj to help us upload our own photo mounting on the tw, nothing has been overlooked or made to be a problem. the bar staff were all very nice and helped us a lot. also with the pie knife and candles we had forgotten to bring! it was a fantastic night and I'm so glad we made contact with mick. would definitely recommend and book again if I could have my party again!"
