"First time visiting this location since it opened. My general rule is to wait 6 months to give a place time to get a good staff and routine going. I sure did miss the Del Taco we had in Oakwood so long ago. I'm so tired of Taco Bell. Although I despise the traffic on Dawsonville highway I am so, so glad I stopped at Del Taco. I had the regular beef burrito, chips and queso as my side and a cup of rice. I was not disappointed! The young man who took my order was friendly, and the young woman that called my name for me to pick up my tray at the counter did her job. Other than that, I had no interaction with the staff. But the food....spot on. 1000 times better than Taco Bell. More meat, more flavor!! The place was clean, I have to give 5 stars because it was a great experience to me in every way. I will go back no matter the traffic. Thanks Del Taco for returning to Hall County.....set up another location in Oakwood or Flowery Branch soon please!"

"We had a great experience eating on dockside. we sit in their outside area, as we enjoyed the wonderful weather. our waitress was amazing and very attentive and eating and beer was great. they had a great choice of design beer to choose. we had the fried shrimp dinner and the cajun chicken Alfredo dinner, which were both delicious. they also give great drinking."

"The waitress was friendly! what I ordered: pic 1. channa suppe very good; good seasoned! picture 2. veggie makhani perfect amount of seasoned! we also had a simple naan. both dishes were freshly made and had an authentic taste! the portions were great for three of us."

"I know a lot of people say this is the place to go for the most authentic chinese food, but maybe I just don't like authentic then. I got the hotpot combo and it was around $22 with tip. I didn't really like the soup base i got as it was pretty oily. They also had a certain spice in there that was super strong and when you bit into it, it would overpower any other flavor. The restaurant seemed to stick to the authentic theme which was a plus, but for some reason it felt kind of dingy. I went in the afternoon time and it felt like i was walking in to a dimly lit room. After the meal my stomach started hurting right away. I personally had a subpar experience with the hotpot, but I also believe in second chances so if i go next time i'll opt for one of their rice dishes."
