"My friends and I booked a table for a christmas dinner dance this year as a treat. We paid £35 for a very basic meal and a shocking DJ. My prawn starter was a plate of limp lettuce with a few scrawny frozen prawns in a thin, flavourless pink sauce. Main course salmon was adequately cooked, again with a small amount of non descript yellow sauce, nothing special. The table was presented with two bowls of veg, that looked like they has come out of the freezer. Tateless, bland, bland, bland. Gordon Ramsy would have had a field day. Chocolate brownie was tasty but served with a comical squirt of cream, Like, really laughable here. Shame, as this ruined this tastiest course.The music was dreadful, only one or two songs from the last decade. The DJ didnt bother to read the crowd to cater for the mix of ages present. I would say this was lazy. It went perfectly with the meal.I am not a fusspot, in fact I am usually easy to please. I have never written a review before but would like to warn people not to bother."
