"We got here by bike, riding along the river the last bit through the city was a bit tricky though , otherwise one can ride the metro to Zhongyuan station and walk here. 崇德發 is an old Taiwanese multi-brand, which, amongst others, sells soy milk, snacks, malt beer, as well as cosmetics etc. On the first floor, there is a supermarket , selling everything from veggy meat, frozen pizzas, nuts, snacks, tea, but apparently also clothes, cut crystal accessories as well as extension cords. Yeah, random, I know. There is also a café on first floor, but that is NOT the veggy restaurant listed here. Anyway, the restaurant this post is about is on third floor. They have a large choice of set menu 's, the cheapest starting from NTD 1,2k 10% service fee for two, ranging all the way up to NTD 13,8k /table for weddings and other major events. We ordered á la carte and were quite satisfied. We were warned that we would have to wait approximately 15-20 minutes since it was already past 1pm, and the place was packed due to a public holiday, but in the end we only waited for about 10 minutes. The taste was very good, and we will be back to try more dishes.
