"We looked up the best Pizzerias in Augsburg and we went there for the great reviews. The place was nice and the outdoor seating area was very nice. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish, both were good, nothing special though. We then had...cream caramel and panna cotta, those were very very good. The orders took a long time to be served although the place was not crowded."

"We stayed on 19.03.22022 with friends for dinner. When serving drinks, the waiter did not, of course, pour a complete beer jug over my wife's table and pants. Of course, the tablecloth was changed and the chair was the klitschnass, the waiter didn't want to change and lay only three napkins on it. We insisted on a dry chair. He was picked up by a still free table and the wet was put at this table, so the next guests came the 5 minutes after that a gentleman had a wet pants and then complained. After the food was served, we had to get the cutlery with napkins from an adjacent table. Also my acquaintance who got his appetizer plate with us waited 15 minutes for the associated bread. He had requested this from three different waiters. When this was brought, the comment came “here they have your bread”. The order of a second glass of wine was also at the table after repeated complaint after 20 minutes. There was no excuse here either. When it came to pay, my wife noticed at the drinks as a hint of “and a spilled beer” and it came back from the waitress “that’s free today”. We were so shocked about this further wickedness and left. A little hint: staff was enough. We cannot recommend this place."

"Absolutely unfriendly, almost ashamed as I ordered in the store. Customer service equal to zero. The sequence of the order is also totally illogical: first the diner is made, then the salad. Sure, Döner tastes cold but please don't let the salad warm. Beginners. Not recommended!"
