"Came here tonight to have a kid free dinner out with my wife. Drinks came out. There was a hair in my drink. They did replace it. (Positive). Ordered appetizer which was good but cold. Salad was good. Entree was cold. Mashed potato's were cold. Barely ate any of my food. No server came to ask if everything was ok or even acknowledge I barely ate any of my food. The cocktail I had was not good. Felt like it was 83 dollars wasted. We won't be back for the foreseeable future."

"Somehow from the website, we thought that this place did carryout and delivery only. But they actually have a dozen tables in the storefront shop, so we dined in! The menu includes a lot more than just the pupusas we enjoyed will have to come back and try something else next time. Note we were the only ones in the place who didn't speak Spanish!"

"I love their food. Best around. But their service has become horrible. Get rid of the three worthless guys out front and we will return. It's just not worth the attitude and the long wait. Service use to be much better and quicker."

"We have a Portillo’s by us. We refuse to eat there anymore because the food is terrible or rarely cooked properly. And the service is terrible too. Plenty of chicken sandwiches that are pink and rare on the inside. We’ve called and complained and it’s just not worth it.Driving our kid back to Indiana Tech and he wanted to eat. We reluctantly agreed to eat at this location.First the inside was well lit and felt clean. Floors weren’t slimy and sliding around on them. Ordered our food and sat down. Booths were dirty and could have used a wipe down. There was plenty of workers hanging around talking so they weren’t short staffed. But no worries we wiped ours down. Now for the food ….Chicken sandwich was exactly how I remember them tasting years ago. Cooked perfectly, everything was great. Bacon cheeseburger was exactly right too. Kid ate all of that. We had zero complaints and contemplated ordering another chicken sandwich to have the next day. It was really that good.Hopefully this is always the way they prepare the food because I’ll be hitting them again soon."
