"New years day brunch was superb..the gentleman who looked after us was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. We enjoyed seeing the young children especially the girls all dressed up so nicely. A most enjoyable way to start 2023!"

"This was our first time at a Jack Asters. We chose this location because my motherinlaw has Celiac and can't have gluten. The reviews recommended this location for their gluten free items. There were in our party and almost everyone ordered something different. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The food was well prepared and was served in a very reasonable time period. We were there for Mother's Day and all mothers enjoyed it and talked about it through dineer the next day. Will definitely visit again"

"Great place to come and have a good breakfast. Ordered the classic with rye toast and herbal tea. Meal was so good but the customer service was even better. Server this day was Shayla. Good work management for hiring this employee."

"Great little spot in Ancaster Village. The outside patio is great. The inside still looks like a pub, which I assume is what this place was before turning into an Italian restaurant.I would spend the money and renovate the inside to a nice tratorria!"

"Just what you'd expect from an English pub, casual and relaxed, but with upscale food. Good selection of beers and wine. Two outdoor patios. Very pleasant staff; received a friendly greeting and were told to sit where we like and she'd bring us our menus. Service was great... We asked to delay our food being brought out by half an hour and that was no problem it arrived just when we asked for it. All the classics were on the menu plus some modern classics as well. We had the fish tacos with fries which were fantastic! The thick cut, lightly spiced chips were perfectly hot and insider tip ask for some curry sauce to dip them in. Moderately priced"

"Best falafel ever. Falafel is made fresh when ordering. Tahini is made fresh every few days and is exceptional, seasoned lightly and still tasting as it should. Lovely owner and excellent staff. Highly recommend for falafel!Vegetarian options: All aspects of Falafel plate and falafel sandwich are plant based. And this vegan highly recommends.Parking: Plentiful parking in front of restaurant."
