"This restaurant is ultra contradictory, the food is absolutely amazing, very fresh and clearly made in house. However the restaurant itself seems like a cheap take away joint and the staff weren't attentive at all. I would totally recommend this place for a great meal but wouldn't say it is the best establishment itself"

"Love this place, great service and lovely staff, food is amazing with many dishes to choose from. Tonight's meal was Deconstructed beef Wellington and smoked choriso prawn spaghetti. Good size meals too I should add."

"I must say, I'm very impressed by this Vietnamese Cafe. From the location, the very fast service, the menu selection, the dining options and the fresh tasting food. There's a condiments area that meets you dress your food however you like with a range of sauces and chilli. I had the grilled chicken noodle salad it came with a vegetable spring roll, chicken grilled very tender with a nice marinade, crushed peanuts and a rice crisp. The whole combination just felt fresh and delicious. Their banh mi bread roll was crispy and fluffy as it should be, with the beef brisket that was not chewy. Their Urban Rice was also seasoned well that made it fragrant. Overall very happy with this place and will definitely come back for other items."

"My favourite!. This restaurant is the best I've ever visited. The service is absolutely top-notch, and the food is beautiful. I first went there with my husband for my birthday; it was a very romantic evening, and I felt extremely spoiled. <br/ Lately I've been to dinner with family there and the ambience was relaxed and friendly. <br/ <br/ I've always found the food to be excellent, but in particular the deep-fried camembert, the tabasco lime oysters, and the bacon-wrapped steaks are well worth a try.<br/ <br/ In all, I think that The Manse is a lovely and versatile restaurant, at the same time being relaxing, friendly, romantic, cosy, and high quality in both service and food."

"I went to Caffissimo in Armadale for the first time today and cannot tell you how impressed I was. The steak sandwich was outstanding. The turkish roll was fresh, homemade bbq sauce delicious and the steak was tender and moist. The chips were delicious too! The cappuccino was honestly the best cup of coffee I've have in Perth since moving from Melbourne nine months ago. Who'd have thought!! In a café at a local shopping center!?! The customer service from the guy who made my coffee was 10/10! I am flabbergasted by the negative reviews some people have written about this place. I understand the tables and chairs are not ultra-modern, and in fairness, it is not the cheapest place to buy lunch. However, after sinking my teeth into that steak sandwich, I thought the price was totally justified. I highly recommend and will most certainly be back whenever I'm in Armadale!"
