"Came here for dinner tonight. This is my favourite place to come to with my friends for a catch up because they always enjoy themselves. Been coming here for years and never had a problem with the service or food. I always get the chicken peri pizza because I always eat half everytime and take some home for the next day lol lunch sorted for tomorrow... The pizza is woodfired and always crispy and pretty nice fresh toppings. Wasn't busy but gets packed after 7 was shocked my food came out in 5 minutes. Quick pizza and pasta to cook. Tasted fresh and fine to me."

"I had a meal with my children and their families at the Bistro. I had Nasi Goreng it was very tasty with the Asian taste twist. It was the Seniors serve it was quite a large meal. The dish featured chicken prawns with the rice as well as vegetables and of course the Fried Egg on top. I enjoyed the meal and a gin and tonic topped off a great evening with my family. Staff were very nice and cleaned the table of the plates and glasses "

"Prairie Bay catered my son and his wife 's wedding reception at our home. As one of the appetizers we had a make your own bruschetta bar , which was a huge hit. It was beautifully presented and delicious. The remaining appetizers, mushroom tartlets and chef ' choice, were butler-passed. All the guests raved about the hors d 'oeuvres. The dinner choices were slow-braised beef spareribs, hunter 's grilled chicken and vegetarian lasagne. Guests made the following comments about the food, This is the best food I 've ever had at a wedding , these were the best ribs I 've ever eaten , the vegetarian lasagne was to die for , the hunter 's chicken was so moist and flavorful , the food is phenomenal , and many more compliments. The bride 's brother is still talking about the ribs, six weeks later. Chicken tenders, potatoes and fruit were served to the children, which were also delicious and beautifully presented. The waitstaff was very professional, accommodating, efficient, and did a fabulous job. We highly recommend Prairie Bay for any catering event, as they did an exceptional job for the wedding held lakeside at our home."

"We ate here on consecutive days while on vacation. In both instances, the food was beyond delicious. The service was great as well. I’m not sure what they do, but everything we ate was so damn good and fresh. Our 1 year old loved what he ate too. It’s a great atmosphere to grab a beer or two with friends, or have a meal with your family. I am only disappointed at the fact that there aren’t not more locations in the Twin Cities Metro."
