"What a great location and wonderful diner. Bob has just transported me to another dimension in the timeless comfort of a long-term diner. If this is a time in LA, if not even a plate of pasta is regularly affordable under $20 in LA, this place offers dishes at a reasonable price and the food is well generous portions. My Hamburger was a simple classic American cheeseburger combination with frits and a salad. It wasn't the burger of my life, and exactly what I expected. Just an uncomplicated classic and good. Adding a chocolate malt milkshake was a perfect end to the meal. Oh, if you like goods, they have a good selection of teas, stickers, patches, cups and kinks that would make perfect LA souvenirs. Here I would like to take a tourist who wants a real American experience in LA."

"2 minutes read: they don't have to go to a subway to get a subway. sandwich, that's right, let's be honest, people, we love sandwiches as Americans, right? as a child, mom packed our classic brown paper bag with a sandwich. many paintings, drip butter and jam. I don't think subway erdnussbutter has jam, but they have other great things. my favorite is ham or beef roast. yesterday (06/20/2022) I had beef and the woman asked for Turkey/Ham (roased.) our server, joshua, was rasant to serve us. he is a very quiet, very polite fella and knew what he did. I asked for double meat for which he said was an additional fee. Also, I specified they can have a little of everything they have on my sandwich, but no jalapenos. he made a fantastic beef sandwich. he also made the sandwich of my wife and she was happy. this location is located in a very busy shopping center, so the crowds can differ to what day and time it is. truth is, every subway sandwich shop to which they go, their order will be made to the same wise. get one and don't let them stingy, give them a decent tip. I left joshua a 20% tipp. they work hard."

"If you have an opportunity, you should immerse yourself. They are amazingly fresh, right at the table, service is great and servings are generous. Unfortunately, it is NOT good.... Foods are usually dry and overcooked, the portions are much smaller, for the same price PLUS shipping costs. We often eat here, but definitely eat!"

"My first job was at the age of 15 years old in 1977 and it was at Fatburger on LaCienega! So seeing the mural of Lovie on the wall here took me back down memory lane to the time I worked for her daughter Gwen. Who ran that particular stand.We didn't have all these additional other worldly items like plant burgers and vegan shakes?!Come on now! It's FatBURGER for a reason.I did enjoy the lemon pepper wings and the skinny cheeseburger though."
