"Had a beautiful very traditional Portuguese meal. Food was exceptional, service was fast and from a very high standard. The monk was superb the black pig (pork) was the best I tasted and the steaks were both tender and full of taste. The staff was...fantastic very friendly and the atmosphere was lively. If you wish the best, the Silver Coast must visit you Recanto."

"Small but beautiful place. We ate three different meals, two of them had some problems, the third was good: the Hamburgao. The grilled turkey and the beef were too dried, it is a basic rule: do not let the meat lose, it is... Sulcers while grilling! In addition, the small snacks may be a better choice than the complete meals."

"Really good family restaurant. It was a Saturday and obviously it was a family restaurant where 3 generations were meeting for lunch. The cart was typical Portuguese food well portioned and excellent quality for a very modest price"

"Buffet style menu and service isn’t my usual choice but here it works well, €8.90 a head and drinks at just over €1 a hit I didn’t have high hopes. Pleasantly surprised by the reasonably extensive choices on offer both Chinese and Japanese dishes as well as sushi. All in all good value. Tempura Prawns seemed to be a big hit with the people coming in to fill a takeaway box for €5 and they were certainly delicious."
