"Visited on 11th Jan 2016 and had the best beef burger ever, served with dauphinoise and a ratatouille served in small glass ramekins, beautifully presented on a wooden board with a side salad, all for €8.90. Chef even cooked beef burger "raclette burger" to our English liking. Warm welcome on a wet and windy day"

"Well, honestly, after having lived 12 years in France I never thought I would use all those words in one sentence.... but I did! This restaurant is based on the island L 'Isle Saint Laurent , a little bit South of the city center on the Rue...de Strasbourg, a street where there is lots of choice of restaurants. Having decided for this one, we were welcomed by the chef himself, who consulted us very nicely about a vegetarian choice. It is not on the menu, but he is used to cooking veggie and made us enjoy our meal thoroughly! The menus are at 23 € each. My colleague chose a meat option and I was served a surprise vegetarian meal, which was really phantastic. Starting with a nice salad and followed by a mix of fried vegetables that were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay. The waitresses made us feel at home and were always there when needed. Price service ratio was very good and I can highly recommend this place, especially to foreigners, as they do speak English here. We will be back!"

"Had great lunch here. Simple menu plate but very well cooked, great sauce. Sweet place, very good price. The waitress was very pleasant. I would like to come here again to savour more of their food."
