"Still suffering from some teething problems. They'd ran out of water glasses when we arrived and the general service was choppy. Pretzels were excellent as were the Tuna Tostadas but the Beef Wellington was poor. The beef was overcooked and like a pot roast and the sauce was inedible.They do have amazing happy hour deals!"

"Today was my first time eating here. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I waited a bit so that I arrived about 10 minutes after the time emailed to me. When I got there, people were packed in and the staff was doing their best to roll with it. With the number of people meandering around waiting for seats and the booze that was flowing in that place, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. That said, I don't think the kitchen got my order. I sat by the front door for about 20 25 minutes while they made my order. That was the ONLY negative thing I have to say! My order was correct, well prepared and delicious! My first elk burger, made my way! I ordered medium well, and guess what... it was perfect! A great meal! The fries, onion rings, chicken strips and even the coleslaw were very well prepared. Everthing was great! Well done! As a person who worked in restaurants/ bar and grill joints for years, I think they did a great job! I'm glad I tipped..."

"As always, eating at Thassos was an incredible experience. I brought 3 of my friends from out of town, and all 3 of them are Greek. They were so pleased by the food, they kept saying it reminded them of their own family's cooking when they were children. Greek food in Chicago doesn't get any better than Thassos. Skip Greek town, skip the posers of Greek restaurants. Do you and your friends a favor, and experience Thassos!"
