"Good flavor and portions. Que Crew 10 met Red Barn BBQ this week in our ongoing search for the best BBQ in the area! It is BYOB, but there is a goodie nearby if you like a cold beer with your BBQ. The service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere is rustic but clean. The casual setting was perfect to kick back with a few beers with friends after completing our BBQ. The meat was very delicate. The brisket is well marinated and the ribs come clean from the bone. I also had something Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage that had food wort, but a little too cheeky for my pleasure. The chicken was a little dry, but still very tasteful. The pages were mostly typical (Pinto beans, green beans, potato salad) but I especially liked the broccoli salad. The one disadvantage of many of us was the lack of smokiness in the flesh, while tender and drunk, it did not taste as it came from a smoker. (Although the smoke smell is very obvious). It also felt a little expensive, but we are in Colleyville. A 3-Meat plate (without drinking) leads you about $15. All in all, a thumb up to Red Barn BBQ, but the quest continues."

"We had a wonderful lunch on the patio! I recommend the patio if the weather is as perfect as it was today. I'm glad there were umbrellas for the tables as it was very sunny. Our waiter, Leo was attentive and prompt. He made sure we had everything we needed as well as making a fabulous tableside guacamole! My only negative for the visit was some of the food was a bit salty. The refried beans were quite salty but once I added in some of the rice, they were ok. My enchiladas were perfect, though and the beef on top was so tender! I loved them. Overall, a great experience!"

"The food was decent but not as hot as I would prefer. The dining room was a bit dirty. We wiped our own table to sit and there was a spilled drinks in a few spots in the dining room. The staff was friendly I will give them that."
