"Just finished a delicious meal there. We had the combination dinners with spring rolls, soup, entrees General Tsos and Pad Thai beef. Fresh, crisp vegetables, tender meats and fried rice. Great food, good price $22 for a combo and huge portions enough for at least 2 more meals."

"I've come here every two weeks for a few months, I've never been disappointed with the food quality or the service offered here. The meat was moist and tasteful with every meal. I had the opportunity to try almost everything on the menu. The ribs are the best I had (I think Memphis BBQ was the best). When you come, you come hungry as the pulled pork/chicken/breast are served a large part on a Jumbo beer. The fried green beans are a good side (little spicy). The choices in homemade barbecue sauces offer something for almost all (four offers). George is friendly staff and good food in my favorite BBQ spot."

"Good quality sandwiches! Been multiple times and has been consistently good. Nice staff that was attentive. Restaurant is medium size and looks to be able to accommodate plenty for lunch or dinner rush. The men’s bathroom was well kept and stocked with soap/paper towels, seems like a give me but crazy how many places miss this one especially being a restaurant. Overall one of the best sandwich/bogie places in Collierville."

"20 minutes after opening on a Friday the place was already full with 6 parties in front of us. We waited about 15 minutes until being seated. I read the reviews before coming. I get it and agree that the food nothing stellar. Don?t get me wrong. It was good. But nothing ?wow? about it. I think the reason to go here is for the experience of the town square. We started by walking around the square and visiting the trains which you can go inside. And the charm of the restaurant just adds to the overall experience which is exactly what we wanted. Servers were friendly. Blue plate specials were good. And the pies/cobbler were what we would have expected from a place like this. My daughter enjoyed the corn dogs and ate half my father?s corn beef sandwich which my dad said was pretty good. The cherry limeade was a bit sour for my daughter but she liked it. Ice tea we made 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweetened which fit the palate of my wife. I had the Lucy plate which was pretty good. The corn bread plain is a bit dry but smothered it tasted pretty good. The pot roast, turnip greens and congealed salad made from mandarin oranges and pineapples was pretty good too. Again not stellar. But good and spot on for the ambiance which includes a toy train in the room next door and old town feel. Chocolate chess pie was really good, and blackberry cobbler I ate alone because everyone was full (a solid desert). I thought the prices were pretty decent given the area where I imagine rent is expensive."

"This is really the best place to eat. The best food. We are really grateful for my sister Debbie Turner, showed us this restaurant. My whole family went there. Great service. The owner loves to see plates, bowls to get empty again. The owner comes out to make sure you are satisfied with everything. It's in Oakland on HWY 64. Right below crogers passed on the right side, we all love it and will go back."

"My wife and I love this place. We have two small children, and they are always very accommodating. We always get the filled shrimps and fillets, it never disappoints. You are very busy during the main hours, but why should you go to a restaurant that is not busy?"

"My friend and I wanted to try the Bangers and Mash. We sat fast and we chose half an order of truffleries as an appetizer. The frits were good on the first bite, but fast overwhelming. They were too salty. The Bangers and Mash were served quickly, so we were both buried. I was immediately dropped off the onion. The sausages and potatoes were good, but the engraving ruined them. The service was great, no complaints there. Overall, I will probably order something else again."

"Best Mediterranean restaurant in town! It’s definitely a hidden jewel, so glad I found it. Really good service, the servers are very sweet and so are the meat carvers. Salad bar is clean fresh, many items to choose from! The place is pretty open with a lot of light. Very homey, I would definitely recommend it! And to top it all they have a very delicious pineapple dessert at the end."
