"Wir waren am Samstag, den 08.07.17 mit guten Freunden gemeinsam dort und hatten uns auf ein kulinarisches Highlight gefreut. Was dann kam, war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Eine völlig "schräge" Bedienung, eine äußerst übersichtliche Speisekarte und kleine überschaubare Gerichte, die man fast nur mit der Lupenbrille wahrnimmt und die einem dann zum 3-Gänge-Menue Wucherpreis von 68,- EUR angeboten werden. Wir haben noch in keinem Restaurant ein derart unstimmiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis erlebt. Es geht nicht um das Geld, sondern es geht darum, was einem dafür geboten wird und das war von der Menge und dem Geschmack nicht ansatzweise den Preis wert. Schlichtweg eine Unverschämtheit. Und die Bedienung spottet jeder Beschreibung. Nachdem wir akustisch nicht sofort verstanden hatten, daß es sich um Ziegenkäse handelte und nochmal nachfragten, bekamen wir nur ein blödes "mää" zur Antwort. Sollte wohl witzig sein, war aber einfach nur blöd und einem vermeintlichen Gourmet-Restaurant völlig unangemessen. Was den Abend dennoch zu eibem schönen Abend machte, war das Zusammensein mit guten Freunden. Aber das Restaurant: never again. Da sind 2 Sterne schon zuviel."

"Tuesday we were in this place, which I had searched on the Internet. Extensive parking is available, as well as hotel. Front, a small non-covered terrace, with typical beer garden chairs past the covered terrace, which was rustic and cozy with massive wood furniture. There we picked up a table. Outside it was weather conditioned, pleasantly empty.In the restaurant's entrance, the steaks hung in a drying chamber. If we go back to the corner, we will definitely enjoy a menu with steak in this location. Here there were also like almost everywhere, Bitburger vom Fass,so we chose the volcano beer at 3,30 Euro 0,33 L. After we had given up our order, the service told us that we can serve at the Salatbuffet restaurant. We didn't say that twice. The buffet was amazing. Potato salad,laid mushrooms, roasted peppers, tomato salad, peasant salad, lard, butter, quarkdip, various rod breads that were warm. We couldn't decide what to take. Alone at the buffet we could have eaten chubby. But as we had ordered the starter and main food, the males only took plenty of mushrooms and roasted peppers, with 2 slices of bread and lard. I took 2 mushrooms and some peasant and tomato salad, with 2 slices of bread and quarkdip. That was so delicious very good start. To the appetizer, males chose the oxen power broth, at 6,90 Euro It was neat vegetables in it and well tasted. Beef broth. I chose the Beef-Tatar Burger with red onion jam and caperberry, to 12.90 Euro. I was very done. That looked good visually and then this taste. The Tatar was in such a miniburger and through the onion jam, it gave this wonderful fruity taste. Then there was another Tatartal, separated on the plate and was covered with roasted onions. That was a real taste experience. To the main dish, males chose Ochsenleber with apple, onions, potato puree, to 14.90 euros. The liver found males really good.In general, he tasted the main food very well. It was also under the puree, onions. I chose the Ochsengulasch with Spätzle, to 18,90 Euro. Jesus, that was a lot. From such a delicious dish, I could not leave. Then we'd rather have drunk a few herbs. The meat collapsed,so tender it was.You realize that it is very good meat from good posture. We would have liked to have taken another dessert, but outside an espresso at 2.30 euros, nix more went in. By the way, the espresso was pretty strong and very hot, which is always such a gambling when you order one. Conclusion : We went mega happy out of the locality. Service and food, top! In my enthusiasm, I can't forgive anything other than 5 stars."

"Wonderful dinner choice for Valentines! Very nice inside dining area with a clean farmhouse feel. Beautiful patio if the weather is right too. The steaks were both great, ribeye and lady cut filet. Ribeye is a better cut. Our child had the pasta and really enjoyed it. Salad bar was very fresh. We will definitely go back!"
