"Family friendly, dog friendly even when sitting near the bar. I was here when I lived nearby. I tried the vegan hot dog that was very nice, I also had the vegan curry stack that was delicious. The hot dog was delicious and of a good texture, both meals come with chips that are also good."

"Really disappointed £250 for food to feed 50 people lucky if it fed 20 people it was agreed for hot beef Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes and got told he would make us proud we got tuna sandwiches and some other sandwiches not sure what they where and a half pot of watery curry and half a pot of rice the bread on the sandwiches was stale bread might as well of been toast and there was 1 member of staff to serve 50 people and when he was confronted about the food he was disrespectful and arrogant to a 70 year old woman would never have a function in this place again rip off"

"The atmosphere in the tee room was cozy and welcoming and the personal friendly. added that the Apple scenes for and the coffee die. I would have chased another one, but because I was on a diet as such. also the tea shop is located in the fab vintage upcycling shop. a visit"

"First time going since it was taken over. It's been given a bright makeover. It was lovely to see it busy too. The food was fab, one of the nicest steaks I've had. Very reasonable prices. "Apparently the garlic mushrooms and Calzone were beautiful, the dough was lovely and light; so says my mum. Gluten free pasta cooked to perfection, which is rare! Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Well done to the chef. Service was also efficient and friendly. Well done"

"Service wasn’t too good we waited around 20 minutes from being seated until someone took our drinks order. You don’t get any choice over the sandwiches so my young son didn’t like any of them it would have been good to have the option of something plainer for kids. The cakes were also really small and you didn’t get much for £33. The atmosphere and location was good but I wouldn’t go again or recommend."
