"This is a typical Austrian restaurant situated in the center of Ischgl. We came here for dinner, the restaurant was almost 100% full, however there were only two waitresses to handle over 15 tables with tens of diners - simply not enough staff and therefore one waits quite a substantial amount of time until the order is taken and brought to the table. I waited over 15 minutes just to receive a beer. We ordered two ravioli dishes and one lamb plate. The ravioli was drenched in oil almost to the point of not being edible. The lamb was tasty however the sides dishes, including a potato dish, were also sunk in oil. Another point to mention is that the restaurant is over heated, and we felt like we were in a sauna. This is one restaurant which we will not return to. By the way, the eatery does not accept reservations and therefore you are seated if there is room."

"We always go there because eating is ok (quality, choice and quantity) and the terrace is large enough so that we almost always find a free table. what I don't like is the way they look for sweetness, noodles, soups and. then have to reassemble for all other meal times (instruction: personal not available at all stations). at the end they have at least one cold meal when they made their way through the 2nd queuing at the cash register."

"Was there for the second time now and again it was amazing: We took the tasting menu and each dish was wonderfully inventive, cleverly presented and very tasty; the chef made some unusual and clever combinations, which worked perfectly; the chef deserves a Michelin Star, but I understand they don't cover the region, which is indeed very sad; price for the tasting menu is quite fair, it is just very disappointing that management tries to balance this via the wine menu, which is totally overpriced (EUR 20. on average per glass of good, yet not transcendental, wine is a bad joke); interior is a mix between mountain and contemporary style, which I quite liked; service was impeccable; go without hesitation, but pay attention to drink prices."

"The Paznauerstube is a fine dining restaurant: it has a Michelin Star, a famous cook and it's ranked as the best restaurant in Tirol. It is not the kind of restaurant where you just walk in and get a quick 3 course meal.Ok. As a Michelin star restaurant you will be pleasantly surprised. The food is lovely. Nice creations with lovely combinations and harmonious tastes. There 2 tasting-type menu's to choose from and it seems like they change things around to your taste. Expect your fish dishes (including lobster, tuna etc etc), Foie Gras, Pigeon, Lamb and Veal. After 6 dishes and 3 or 4 Amuse's we were about 4,5 hours later and haven't found a single error in preparation.The people are extremely friendly and know what they are doing! The wine list is also extensive; it also features a great selection from Austria (and yes, they do produce lovely wines Austria).Expect about 150 - 250 eur per person if you go for a menu with wine."

"Had a week skiing from this hotel. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The food was excellent and hotel cleanliness first rate. Boot room amazing - spacious and convenient. Not sure I will ever go in a chalet again because hotels like this put most chalet standards to shame - for pretty much the same money. The location was unbelievably convenient. The elevator to the travelator was right opposite the hotel so it took a only couple of minutes to get to the main ski lift or centre of town. Skiing back left only 50 yards to the hotel, again an easy option - I hate walking with ski gear so believe me when I say this place works for me. Ischgl was a great resort, well-pisted. Plenty of runs. Excellent ski guiding. Don't get the wider area pass till you know you can be bothered to get on a bus to go. Will be back!"
