"Byblos is amazing and truly worthy of receiving a 5 star rating. The food is absolutely great and sticks true to Armenian Mediterranean cuisine. The meat is high quality. The breads are delicious. Their breakfast is also very good. I highly recommend Byblos and all around had good food around the clock."

"I went in there New Year's Eve 2022 on a rainy night and the place was empty. However, I absolutely love bibimbap in the hot clay pot with the rice sticking to the bowl, all nice and brown and crunchy. I was hoping they'd have a vegan option. Bingo! I ordered mine with tofu, greens, and other veggies with the side of mushroom tofu soup in a smaller bubbling hot clay pot for only $3 extra. It was perfect! I also love the little appetizer bowls with kimchee, cucumber, bean sprouts and whatever else they might have, this night was potatoes in a sweet sauce. I went back again on Jan. 2, 2023 with a girlfriend and we shared the same thing I ordered above but they slipped up and put scrambled egg (I'm vegan) so we just removed it and tried the veggie tofu soup on the side. They had mung bean cake instead of the potatoes for the apps. Their Korean pancake made with mung bean and veggies was also yummy. My girlfriend loved it and is planning to go back with family. She has lived there for at least 6 months and didn't know about the place."

"New, bright, comfortable interior and super friendly staff and most importantly great food. The beef ramen was the favorite, nice level of heat and seasoning, also had the short ribs which could not have been better. The bowls of pickled spicy vegetables that are brought out were tasty to start as well. Multiple other guests ordered the intestines, but we aren't there yet, some day. Definitely coming back."

"No Host, staff literally ignored my party, and every other party that was there before, and came after waiting to be seated or ask any questions. Meat quality is TRASH! Terrible cuts, mostly fat and tendons; extremely disappointing. Given Three different pairs of the dullest scissors before one was just barely able to actually cut the meat-likely combination of old equipment long overdue to be replaced, and awful quality meats that even scissors couldn't cut through, let alone teeth. Given dipping sauces but Not dipping sauce trays, which didn't matter because the sauces were bad anyway. Grill was left barely even on, no staff came to adjust, so we had to turn up on our own. Throughout the meal, struggled to get the attention of any wait staff. Now looking to find something else to eat, just to get this bad taste out of my mouth. Would STRONGLY recommend AVOIDING. Next time, I'll just make the drive into K-Town-I suggest you do the same."
