"A wide choice of local dishes both à la carte and set menus a reasonable prices. It was the first warm evening of our visit. We had asked for an inside table, but they reserved a choice of inside or on the 'Terrasse ' overlooking the river."

"Fantastic restaurant with such lovely friendly staff who fit us in at short notice and were so welcoming and especially kind to my young daughter. The setting by the river is really pretty and the food was AMAZING!! Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully cooked and lots of local produce. Highly recommended! "Delicious food. Goat milk cheese with tomatoes, pesto and strawberries (yes, it really works!) and beef with Fois grass and seasonal vegetables. A pre-starter on the shower of frozen rocket ice. For the main course we have to eat with one of the famous Nontron Boxwood knives. We sat on the balcony with sun and view over the valley."
