"Hidden between two apartment complexes behind a non descriptive door, lies a true culinary experience. We happened on this restaurant because of it's location to our Airbnb and went in blind to have dinner. The ambiance is elegant, romantic and intimate. The staff (although limited in English) are professional, friendly and make a great attempt to make a connection. We used google translate and some Spanish and lots of gesturing to order dinner, but it was worth all the effort. Our meals were fantastic. If you are a fan of Foie Gras, their starter (antipasti) plate was generous and delicious. It's meant for 2 people and had 3 large lobes prepared perfectly. From the first bite you could tell the chef had gone to great lengths to prep the foie. Equally delicious was the skewered lamb and Caesar Salad. The agnolotti had a twist to it, the beef shoulder was inside the pasta and the ricotta cheese made a rich sumptuous sauce. The Carbonara here is THE best I have ever had in Italy. Everything was outstanding. We will be coming back for dinner before we leave, we made reservations for Monday evening. We would have had dinner there again tonight, but they are closed on Sundays. A couple of notes to make your life easier. First of all Uber or Taxi here, parking is only for cars with permits and the closest parking garage is 4 blocks away at Via Pietro Calvi 21. The other thing is if your Italian is limited or non existent make sure to have a translator at hand. They have excellent WI-FI here so be prepared to get on google translate to make out the menu. There is no English menu here, this is a REAL Italian restaurant that caters to locals. Lastly, this is a small spot, so I recommend you either come early or make reservations. It can be full or empty, there is no standard here. I know we will never come to Milan again without eating here, it's too good to pass up."

"I thought I'd find the restaurant, more than cozy restaurant. but arrived on the spot I had a surprise with a new management with the name beef club. I was initially undecided whether to come in or not, then I went in. I was greeted by the owner manager adrian with an embarrassing kindness almost if I was one of the family, we seemed to have known each other forever. I welcome myself and I am given the menu and with all the curiosity of a child, I ask adrian some advice. After asking me a lot of questions to find out what my gorges and those of the commens at my table, we decide to entrust ourselves to him . They begin to arrive dishes preceded by a smell of homemade cuisine presented with great class and hung better than a starry restaurant. the quality of the products are exceptional, meat, battle horse, excellent and cooked perfectly to the grill. at the end of the meal we ask the account and with great surprise the figure was much less than our expectations with a further discount. we greeted ourselves with warmth and we promised that we will definitely return. I hope that with this review, to be able to offer the opportunity to others to taste the excellent food in excellent company."
