"We wanted to make a run for it when we had ordered the drinks but thought we should give them a chance as you never know. Unfortunately, we should have left like we wanted to! The service was ok?! The food was awful and a total waste of money!!! I only had a few bites out of the 3 dishes we ordered so left there having not eaten. When paying we were not asked if we enjoyed the meal or anything?! Restaurants need to ask their customers how there meal was. I would normally have spoken up and said something in a polite manner, but I just wanted to get out of there. They are lucky to even be in business so my suggestion to the Golden Crown is they need to get their food and service up to standard if they want to stay in business and have happy and satisfied customers and reviews. My advice is DO NOT GO HERE! Harsh but true..."

"Went here for dinner with a friend who recommended this place to try while I was in Adelaide. We were greeted cheerfully at the door and while not the most fancy place, definitely felt cosy and welcoming. We ordered entrees and three mains. Food was prompt as were the drinks. I had the chicken satay entree which I thought was just a little dry, it was stuck to the skewer pretty securely but the satay was quite good. My friend raved about the eggplant special. I'm not a huge fan of eggplant but this had me eating my words. It was the prefect combination of crunchy outside and chewy inside in a rich chicken mince sauce. "We've been going to dinner for a long time and had 10/10 meal each time. we decided to have a function and they were wonderful to deal with and to set it up nicely. most of our family stayed there and were also very satisfied with the accusations. Thank you. mile end to be great in every aspekt!"
