"Great place !! very welcoming, the staff are extremely friendly, and taking politely. I was promptly seated and order was taken on time. Off late i never saw such prompt service in any restaurants in India. And food was amazing. Way to go Hard Rock cafe. The LLIT was out of the world.. thanks you hard Rock cafe Hyderabad...!!!!!! "They have earned a good reputation for their Shawarma making skills. People from far distances visits them, only to eat their shawarma.<br/ Though they only serve beef shawarma, they makes it so perfect that you can't have enough of it. But unfortunately, one shawarma is enough to fill your stomach.<br/ <br/ The stuffing is sizzling and well placed. Accompanied by Mayo, it tastes even more excellent.<br/ <br/ Their only aim is to provide good taste, so don't be bothered about the ambience. They got seating facilities, but not proper ones. Just stools around to sit and eat. Not an option for family dinning so you better take a takeaway. Lastly, cleanliness is an issue here.<br/ <br/ If you are a shawarma fan, and if you eat beef then you must definitely try this place."

"LOCKDOWN DINING REVIEW (vegetarian)<br/ <br/ Tl; dr review <br/ <br/ Food 5/5<br/ Service 5/5<br/ Value for money 5/5<br/ <br/ Detailed review <br/ <br/ Visited Haiku for lunch during the lockdown and was pleasantly surprised to see the standards maintained despite the hard times.<br/ <br/ They are on par with the required safety protocols and one can dine without any fear and worry. <br/ <br/ We started with a sushi platter made with crispy rice (kakiagi maki) and Vietnamese money bags and thoroughly blown away with the flavour and taste. <br/ The sad part is that there aren’t enough. <br/ You could never have enough of these dishes.<br/ <br/ For dumplings we ordered Gyoza, which is a dumpling with more filling and less covering; which just adds to so much more to the palate.<br/ <br/ The noodles we had ordered were the “Veg Indonesian chilli ban mee”. Quite a mouthful to just say it, right? Wait until you’ve tasted it. It’s a really pleasant tasting noodle dish, hitting the right tones of sweet and spice, with the crunch of fresh carrot and cabbage and beets.<br/ <br/ The ambience is always cozy and the service is pleasurable. Avoid the side dishes given with biryani as they aren't that fresh ND being the end of the day...take separate yogurt as it blends well with Biryani. Chicken pieces were extremely fresh and tender ull know when a bite isn't that hard to chew just falls off and slides down ur stomach.<br/ Worth while of visiting this place<br/ Enjoy the food ND don't expect the service to be at par of a 5 as it's a traditional place of hyd where people r friendly nd treat u as an household guest.<br/ Worth the stomach filling and taste enrichment experience.<br/"
