"We've just finished dinner here and it was our second time there today because the food is so good. We found the restaurant this afternoon and had lunch. Yes the menus are all in German, but hey we're blessed with google translate now if you don't understand the menu. The waiter at lunch was great, he did happen to speak English, which was nice but we still tried with our best broken German! Weinerschnitzel was to die for! At dinner myself and my partner both had the burgers which were superfilling sadly leaving no room for dessert. The views are beautiful over the lake. Also what is lovely even now in the height of summer the area is not full of screaming tourists and children!! Great restaurant 100% recommend!!!!"

"Der wenig einladende "Garten" hätte uns fast zum umkehren animiert. Das wäre jedoch definitiv ein Fehler gewesen. Hier ist alles wie früher. Die Einrichtung ist alt aber man fühlt sich durchaus wohl. Es gibt keinen Grill, dafür eine gut sortierte Speise- und Menükarte. Die Bedienung war rasch und freundlich. Die Frühlingsrollen waren zart und von überdurchschnittlicher Qualität. Sowohl Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln als auch die Ba-Bao Ente schmeckten frisch und waren nicht in Geschmacksverstärker ertränkt. Insgesamt 2 hervorragende Mittagsmenüs um € 5,20 bzw. 6,70. Die Getränkepreise sind ebenfalls ungewöhnlich preiswert. Für ein gut gekühltes 0,5 Liter Bier habe ich schon lange nicht mehr lediglich € 2,90 bezahlt. Fazit: Wenn sie chinesisches Essen mögen ist dieses Lokal durchaus auch einen Umweg wert."

"The food was excellent, some of the best we ever had. The restaurant is beautiful and the service perfect. We had steak with cream spinach and potato pancake and roasted beef on onions. Plus excellent deserts, warm apple cake with home made ice cream and mousse au chocolate. Amazing."
