"The service was so slow 1.5 hours to get our meal. after the order we were told that two of the five courts we ordered were no longer available. the restaurant composed us a dessert, but then we had not brought it yet 1.5 hours later, so we had to go, what for 2 very disappointed children."

"Mama Mia! I love pan de bono!! I asked for vegan? or vegetarian? Options I had a arepa with cheese and beans plus a side of avocado, it was delicious. I love the fact that the staff is trying to suggest something for me as a vegetarian? I appreciate it. What it means, American Coffee was delicious rich and brave coming back and highly recommended."

"The portion of cheese on the beef and cheddar is incredibly lacking like its not even on there. I don't understand. Is there an embargo on liquid cheese ? So what do I do? I order a side as well. So I get a side of cheese and none on my sandwich. This happens every time and I'm done with arbys. It's not a super difficult request. I'll never be back. Rememlber. These are the people who think they deserve 20$ an hour yet getting an order half correct is like splitting nuclear atoms apparently."

"From the moment I arrived and sat at the bar, I was provided excellent service and food. The quality and portions, for the price, cannot be beat! I'll be back in 2 weeks for an additional 2 week stay, and I am sure that I'll be returning! Later that evening, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I'd been over charged. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. Without a second's hesitation, he apologized and instead of refunding the $2.99 overcharge, he emailed me a $10 gift card!!! This alone showed me just how much this company, and specifically this location, are all about great customer service. When I want quick, affordable, tasty food and great service, this is where I will go!!! My new GO TO Ft Lauderdale place!!!"

"Grand Lux is slowing going down in standards. Yesterday we had lunch there. My wife had a burger, I had the caramel chicken. Kids had chicken paramegano and Glazed salmon. Well..fist problem, when the check came I noticed that the chicken parmasan was charged at the dinner price which we asked for the lunch special. I pointed it out to the waitress, she went back the office and she said that they could not change it!!! I mean talk about bad customer service! It get worse, my wife not 15 minutes later had to make a mad dash to the bathrooms from a very upset stomach! Ok so the extra money i paid for the dinner portion was not a big deal, but they didn't even try to accommodate me. I think Grand Lux is X'ed off my list!"
