"I normally do not give reviews on eatery places but I felt compelled to give this place one. Me, the wife, the parents-in-law and my sister-in-law were visiting the area and decided to stop off here for a bite to eat. We should've walked around a bit to see what other restaurants are available but we were slightly pushed for time; on hindsight, we wish we did. We ordered the drinks and Croque-Madames for the five of us. For those of you who doesn't know what a Croque-Madame is, it's a ham and Emmental cheese sandwich topped with béchamel sauce then toasted. To complete the dish, a fried egg is added on top, but in our case two fried eggs was the establishments variation (very generous). We waited for half an hour for our food to arrive, for a lunchtime service this is pretty poor standard. When my Croque-Madame arrived, I was immensely disappointed not because of the portion size but the state of my fried eggs. The eggs supposed to be sunny side up but the yolks were already burst; the diner should have the privilege to burst the yolk and watch it drizzle down or smear it onto the bread. On closer inspection, my eggs were fried for too long thus leaving just a pus amount of yolk. Additionally they only served me one egg rather than two as advertised, but all my family were given two. I moved the egg to the side of the dish as I was not going to eat a fried egg when there's no yolk as it's the main ingredient in a Croque-Madame. The sandwich itself tasted unusual, it had a bitter after taste, I only ate quarter of it but gave up as I couldn't stomach the bitter after taste when it should be salty due to the ham and cheese. That's not the last of it; the dish came with fries, and the fries I was served are most driest I had the misfortune of eating. They were too over cooked so they were practically crunchy rather crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My wife had to ask for her fries as they forgotten to plate it. This a simple French dish to which they ought to get right first time round but failed. My wife's Croque-Madame also had a burst egg and it dribbled other the plate on to me and the wife when the waiter was serving. We were just passing trade so there's no skin off the establishment's nose, however it's reviews will determine whether for the traveller to spend their hard earn cash there. I'm sure this place serve other wonderful dishes but if they can't get their national dish right......well, you decide."

"Having eaten in this restaurant a few years ago, my wife and I decided to have dinner there since it has new management and a new chef.What a mistake. As we sat down, we could see the kitchen and that should have given me an idea of what was about to come. A women was emptying several plastic containers of food into the bin next to the chef's station. The kitchen looked so dirty, basically unfit to cook food safe enough for human consumption.As the restaurant got busier service came to a halt and it took 3 hours from beginning to end to serve food I would have not given a dog.Beware of the nice façade and the great view of Tourrettes Sur Loup. Looks can definitely be deceptive. Never again."

"Charming phone reception, you feel comfortable right away! their nice phone call from the super pro eve to confirm because at this excellent quality price ratio can not afford the no show. the confidential pitch with peat, pretty front of where you see the kitchen, leaving the pretty room and the terrace of the 1st. everything is ultra clean, from the ground to the outfits of cooks and waiters, professional and friendly service. We feel good in this pretty house ! let's go to the bistro menu of lunch : but what a nice discovery the dishes are delicate, greedy and light. the products worked with a great freshness. a short card but at the tasting it is not regretted and we try dishes that do not necessarily correspond to our tastes but treat our taste buds. Risotto d'épeautre au homard (we include the award-winning signature dish!, velvet butternut and ravioli: exquisite! memories of the wind-flight to the financial and hot chocolate mousse and its cocoa sorbet ... beautiful selection of wines. the menu changes tomorrow, is looking forward to discovering it and coming back. would deserve the star but what would it become of the rates?! Enjoy this very beautiful establishment where it is good to even get nice. Thanks to the whole team, bravo to the chefs for your work and the choice of your team, table arts in total correlation with recipes, very quickly the pleasure of returning and being able to greet you!!!"
