"The food was good. Reminds me of the typical hole in the wall, where you're looking north in Chicago or Chicago suburbs, so they'll meet their name. The menu is expansive as it is typical in such places. This makes it difficult to find their exceptional dishes at times, but overall, I love when menus have tons of options. I cost fresh, was boiled as I would expect, and became the expected value, if not slightly higher than desired. Eating everywhere is more expensive than it should be in these days as supply lines and work problems meet companies so I don't owe the restaurant. I will definitely be back as I still have a few things that I am interested in trying and would recommend to everyone to try."

"We had a fantastic server. She was friendly and happy. Two things you don't see too often in today's world of customer service. My husband and I both decided on the fried chicken dinner. I get used to the Amish-browned chicken and didn't feel like it was close. Because it was pretty dry. The salad bar is very simple, but the food seemed fresh. This was our first time to eat here and would probably give it another shot. Prices for meals are very reasonable."

"What an experience! I loved every aspect of this restaurant, from the moment I went on, until the moment I left with a full satisfied belly. I had the Scallop Risotto and my girlfriend got the Filet Mignon. We enjoyed both entrees immensely, as well as the wonderful live jazz music that played right behind us on a good band. The entire restaurant is also beautiful. It was a real experience that was hard to replicate and ended as one of the best anniversary gifts I have ever given my girlfriend. We'll be back soon."

"We came on a busy weekend night, dinner for 2. Our server was super busy (I think it was just her plus some bussers but kept up with us and several other tables (including some extra large parties and made sure we were happy. We were very pleased and impressed with her service.The food was phenomenal. I got an El Diablo Burrito and boy did it deliver! The salsa was hot and flavorful, the steak was tender and the greens kept the whole thing fresh. It came with rice and a salad topped with cilantro, tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream. Both were very tasty. I cleaned my plate! Absolutely loved the food. Great work in the kitchen.My girlfriend got the American style beef taco dinner. She said she loved the toppings and the sides were also delicious. "Yum! "Try the salsas! We got 4 with the chips. Green and orange are both very hot. The green was really interesting, please give it a go if you can handle some heat.Lastly, we got house margaritas (large! . The drinks themselves were great, tasty margs. You definitely get a big portion with the large and its a good value. I love that they include the drink prices on the menu. It 's a pet peeve when I have to play a guessing game with my bill, so thanks management!(Sorry everything is half eaten/drank in the photos, I wasn 't planning on reviewing the place but I was just so darn impressed!"
