"I was so pleasantly surprised by River Crab. It was difficult to find fine dining in the area so I was skeptical. The food was completely on point (the burrata was beautiful, the steaks perfectly cooked and the shrimp cocktail was perfect). The service was amazing. Friendly, well timed and attentive without being cloying. The view was pretty and it's entertaining watching the variety of boats go by. I highly recommend it and I've eaten in some of the finest restaurants in the world. I definitely want to return."

"Got to the saranac brewery 15 minutes before they opened so we went across the street to this place. Made to look very old, this place is about 10 years old. Lots of beers on tape, great food very nice people."

"We celebrate family birthdays at Big Al 's Firehouse 3-4 times a year. We usually have 20-30 family members attend and the service and food are outstanding! There is something on the menu for everyone and the atmosphere is always fun. Megan was our main waitress and she was very personal and attended to each request from our guest promptly. Great job and a big thank you to the staff at Big Al 's Firehouse, we look forward to dining with you soon! Steve Litz"
