"This place is terrible. after the casser arranged my order wrong and overloading the manager tells me there is nothing they can do. then she says that she has to ring the order up that I wanted, and I would have to pay for it separately and that she would refund the original order. then she tells me that she has to address the order as the cashier gave a refund. well, she rings the order wrong and my refund is now almost $3 short. I told her it was wrong and she said she had to refund for another article. it was still wrong and when I told her that she closed the window and ran away. we have come to this issue."

"Not at all what I was expecting- Came here with a party of 8 for a birthday dinner. Ordered the cheese dip as an appetizer the salmon as my entree with the orange blossom as my drink. The appetizer the drink were fabulous. As for the entree, it was something I could have cooked at home. Nothing extraordinary pretty bland. It took about 40 minutes to get our food, but the waiter was very sweet. I also tasted my fiancés entree which was the 12 oz ribeye and it was not"

"Ordered the brisket sandwich with honey-chipotle and regular sauce as the nice lady at the register told me I'd be able to split sauce options. For sides, I picked the mac and cheese. I glanced around the restaurant while I waited and as soon as I put the order in, it was ready to take home! The fat on the brisket tasted tummy, but overall the meat was a little drier than I liked. The sauces helped with the flavor but didn't stand out to me as exceptional. The mac and cheese side was kind of small and was alright as well. I added the hot sauce I had at home to it for extra flavor. Overall, I think there's still a lot of stiff competition for BBQ in the triad, but this would be a great and affordable lunch/dinner option to pick up for something quick to satisfy a meaty craving."

"The personal picked up my question, instead of having their deluxe burger on marblee and it was a great sandwich. only one problem with my visit was the sticky floor and sitting there had food crumbs. otherwise eating arby is as always perfect. food: 5/5"

"Usually I am thrilled 2 go here but this visit I bought and paid 4 2 large fries 1 small but received 2 medium 1 small and as u can see in the picture there isn't much different in size they r all small I ordered paid 4 1 large soda 1 small soda but the large was barely bigger than the small I paid 4 1 large 2 small shake u could definitely see the difference n them but sadly just like the last 3 times I was there they couldn't serve me a jamocha shake I had 2 get chocolate and my regular roast beef sandwiches barely had any meat on them but least my double beef sandwich had the bread covered and it all tasted delicious but I had 2 wait almost 7 mins for some1 2 take my order take my payment give me my food n the drive thru the employee had such an attitude plus the price 4 what I received was a bit much! I'll post pics...hopefully my next visit will b better!"
