"They love the texture of the oil noodles. I love the fat noodles in all their chewing delight. And while I loved the noodles themselves, the soss in the beef fat noodles was just a bit too sweet for me. much sweeter than the noodles I remember from shanghai (yes, it's a because, and my memory is heavy, but. I would have preferred a more tasty, funky, fermented, smokey vibe, but that's me. a little disappointed in the xiaolongbao. only frozen, but I suppose homemade xlb would be difficult to deduct in a small operation like this. I didn't make my target list, but if I lived in bountiful, I'd be a strain."
