"It's 8:32PM since writing this review and they close at 9:00PM. I came there and was told they're washing the equipment and so they can't make anything for me. Let's be real here, they're preparing to close that early because the staff doesn't even want to be there."

"I literally go here all the time. Some days, I decide to watch to ensure they are putting in all the add-ons like warrior booster, etc. And if I think something is missing, I ask, and everytime it turns out they did not add it. Especially this time they did not add “whey protein” which is in the original recipe for my smoothie. So that means in all my previous orders it was never being added… because they had to ask a colleague to confirm it…. It’s already expensive as it is. The least they can do is make things correctly especially when it’s not busy.On a positive note, all the employees are polite and friendly. Thank you.Overall it’s not the first time I caught a mistake. May I suggest following a print slip like they do at Starbucks to ensure accuracy."

As always I'm happy with the quality. The only improvement is the packaging. The cup cover is fixed with a tape which blocks the place to insert straw. It fixes the cup cover for delivery without spill over but difficult to remove and insert the straw for using."
