"Visit them paris for our 30-year anniversary. selected several Michelin star restaurants, including jacques faussat. eating, service and atmosphere at jacques faussat was excellent. my wife and I had the 3-course dinner. we also did the extras like potato truffles starter, the pigeon and the soufflé. the potato truffle and foi grass starter was delectable. the pigeon was completed on the table side with armagnac. had the weeping that was before the place. the dessert wine was spectacular. the service was just as good. jacques and his assistent, a delightful and cheerful personality from italia are the only 2 take care of the service. there are about 10 tables, so it was very good and simply great. you felt. were at home in someone who was an expert at cooking. very recommend jacques faussat for a gourmet experience."
