"This hotel is really superb, the building itself is a lovely modern facility with all of the mod cons and its typically charming and Italian. It 's not particularly centrally located but the walk to the town center is very short and pleasant (few mins . The food is excellent in the hotel. That 's all great but the real game changer for the Hotel Novecento is the staff, they just cant seem to do enough for you but without being overtly evident or there . They run a courtesy minibus to and from the ski lift morning and evening, Matteo the driver, a gentleman who will get there quickly and oblige you if he can. Martino, Carmine and Sarah who manage the hotel and work the front desk know the resort and will set you up with guides, ski rental, day trips, any assistance you might want on any matter I found. The restaurant staff, again, superb and soooo helpful, Guissepe and the cheerful fair haired lady (small stature but big smile, every day all day! also made meal times multo bene. This is a top class hotel by any standard, great for families, try them."
