"Myself and my partner went to Olivo's really looking forward to a good coffee and pizza. It was very busy, however, we were asked to take a seat. After waiting for around 15-20 minutes and trying to grab someone's attention to even get a menu, let alone place an order was difficult. We waited another few minutes and then got up and left. Very poor service. I have had a coffee and eaten a meal here before and the service was ok, pity this time around service wasn't the same. I won't be coming back."
