"The food was absolutely fine. Nothing special. My first issue is having to wait 45 min after being seated, before having to ask a waiter if we were allowed to order. Absolutely unacceptable. One in our party informed the waiter that he was highly allergic to gluten, and asked if the gluten-free options were safe for him to eat. He even went so far as to ask what of the options would be safest and the least hazzle for the kitchen to make, not to be a burden. He was ensured by the waiting staff that gluten-free was no problem, and were recommended dishes. We all ordered, our drinks arrived. 10 minutes later, the waiting staff appeared again, apologetic, saying that if he is really allergic, none of the options on the menu is really safe. This puts us all in a real predicament. We have already gotten our drinks, are minutes away from getting our food. We can 't just all get up and leave, but it is extremely unfair to leave one in our party sit there without anything to eat. He asked all the right questions, repeatedly. Both when we were seated, and again when ordering. It is an outrage, and unfair to put us all in such a predicament. Would not recommend this place, at all"

"Second time visiting. Good to try once. But won't be returning. 2/5 stars. —First impression— Popcorn everywhere. Messy. Friendly staff. —Drinks— Tastes good, but they really need to invest in a better icecubes machine. The icecubes always come 30% melted. —Food— Disappointing. We ordered 8 different dishes. They tasted either bland or too much of something. The gnocchi that supposedly comes straight out of the oven, were lukewarm. —Service— Staff was friendly. But you do everything yourself via the app. The only contact you have with the staff is when you enter the restaurant. —Last thoughts— THE TOILETS WERE DISGUSTING. Paper everywhere. Good concept. Food seemed interesting. Shame it didn't taste good. Still haven't decided if I like the whole do it yourself app-concept. I like to be able to ask for recommendations and let the staff know if there were any mistakes made. Regretted that we ordered 8 dishes at once. We could've spend our money on something else."
